1. FOR WITHSTANDING WIND PRESSURE ABOVE 100KM/HR, EXTRA STRONG CLAMPS IS REQUIRED, WHICH THEY DO NOT HAVE.

2. HENCE SMALL DISK IS USED. LESS SURFACE AREA = LESS PRESSURE ON CLAMP
